How Credits Work

Service Credits are the universal currency for AI features on itsalive.co. Every AI request consumes credits based on the model used and token count. New accounts start with 2,500 free credits to get you started.

Simple Math

1 credit = approximately 1 token. Most short conversations use 500-2,000 credits. A typical chatbot interaction costs about $0.001-0.01.

Available Models

Choose the right model for your use case. "Good" tier models are fast and affordable, "Best" tier models are more capable but cost more.
